Anyone Around??? What happened to the Kenbak kit?

I don't like announcing kits until all parts are actually in my possession. With these last two kits everything looked like it would fall together and I actually had all 20 cases, I just had problems with the front panels. 1 week turned into...you get the idea... You can see how things backfired on this one, but not too bad.

The very first batch of 5 Altair 8800 kit cases were supposed to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. It was about 16 weeks before I had the first set of cases... I'm GLAD I didn't announce that one "early".

The second order of 8800 cases was quick and smooth.

Just to give you an idea, I mailed back the 19 Altair 680 cases mid April, and like I said earlier JUST received them!

I am working on another kit (nothing else to do while waiting for cases!), but I won't talk about it until its 100% ready!
