Need Person to Repair ACR

I have an Altair ACR (2-board set) that puts out a very low level signal and doesn't read any commercial tapes. I've tried troubleshooting it myself with no luck so now I'm looking for a person who can fix it for me and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. If you can help, please let me know! Thanks.

Do you have an oscilloscope? It seems hard to fix these things without one.

Yes, I do have an O-scope, which will work well with these boards, In fact I have a number of scopes. I would NOT charge you anything, Just Shipping Both ways... I need the Practice and the familiarity with the ACR Board....We can privately send addresses to each other, I await hearing from you..
