So other than lucking out and getting ones hands on a completely working genuine Altair floppy drive peripheral, what is the second best option?

Talking tarbell to 3.5"
Hi All;
Does Anyone have the connections between the Tarbel controller and a 3.5" drive. I see the picture above , But it is not perfectly clear !!!!
