Default QX5 microscope

This is not a plug but just to advise on an inexpensive toy that is actually quite usefull.
The Intel play QX3 microscope is now upgraded to the QX5, I use one in my analysis & investigations in the Electronics Test lab. It is reasonable, the resolution is 640 x 480 (VGA) & I find it quite useful.

It cost less than 200 $AU so for the price its not bad.
The stand is very flimsy & I just threw it away.
I will try and make a better stand as hand held @ 200x mag is not easy as the depth of field is quite narrow..

This picture is of a HC123 IC @200x - it was ceramic so easy to decapitate
(bit out of focus)

(I uploaded the pic HC123.jpg but it does not show in the preview)

It was too large (90kB, increased compression) should work now...
