Default 324FBGA Adapter

This one is 5mil trace/space and 4 layer. Even though its a field array, it routed a million times easier than the VFBGA.

What is the ball spacing?

And it seems to leave Eagles autorouter in the dust ...

About 50 mil between balls.

Its a very nice and highly integrated package. Henry likes his EasyPC software, but also has WinQCad. WinQCad is free for anything less than 500 pads.

Also, this "BGA" pattern is actually an array of vias. Every single BGA pad is through hole. This is for easy hand soldering.
