Unhappy Meca

Does anyone know anything about the MECA (intelligent ) Cassette system, using the (s-100) Alpha-1 Control Board. it also uses Phi-dec tape decks.
I have the system but I have lost the 16 pin Header that holds the resistors and capacitors that it uses and don't know the values . Nor how to find them, and what frequencies the system used. Which is what the res. and caps. determine with the phase-lock-loop. Any Ideas ???? I have reverse engineered most of the Alpha-1 board. I had lost the schematic that I had, I have the tapes for it, but I can't read them. Thanks Marty

Smile MECA Alpha-1 Info

Marty,

I have an Alpha-1 with documentation but no tapes (they were destroyed in a flood). If you're still interested, I'm sure we can help each other.

Default Meca

Hi JohnG;
I could use either a Picture of the 14 pin header (Lower left hand Corner) that I can read the Values, If you have the Alpha-1 Card, or If you could copy down the Values..... and any Documentation you may have.....
THANK YOU Marty
