Wanted: MEK6800D2 display / entry board

I have a D2 board, but not the display / keypad board. Anyone have a spare or a broken board? I can repair, if it is 'mostly there' (un-cracked PCB). State condition, price.

If not, I might 'graft-together' an edge-card connector and build an Altair-680-'style' front panel and re-write the EPROM... <!>
