Month Two - Power supply
Month Three - Expander Card
Month Four - Case with Hardware
Month Five - 1k static memory board with 256b of memory
Month Six - CPU board with all components except processor chip
Month Seven - Control Board with all components
Month Eight - Processor chip
The price was $68.75 per month (Altair kit for $439, Memory for $103, and $8 for shipping made $550 total). Of course $550 in 1975 is about $2060 today.
